BLACKENED, Drew Estate’s Metallica cigar is a passion project bringing together an immensely talented musician, James Hetfield (Metallica’s s co-founder, singer, and guitarist), and Master Distiller and Blender of BLACKENED American Whiskey, Rob Dietrich. When not on the road touring, Hetfield and Dietrich enjoy cigars together every chance they get. Teaming up with Jonathan Drew of Drew Estate, they created the BLACKENED M81 cigar. Cased in a Mexican San Andres Maduro wrapper and held together with a beefy Connecticut River Valley Broadleaf Maduro binder and blend of fillers, including Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro
